Delete your account

You can delete your Spellcraft: Second Age account and its data at any time, in the game or by email.

In the game

1. On the Home screen, open Account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't open the game, email [email protected] from the address saved to your account, or tell us your player name. We'll check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: player name, sign-in details, email address, collection, decks, progress, ratings, friends, Gold and Gems, and the gameplay statistics we hold about you.

What we keep, and for how long

• Logs of recent matches, which include your player ID, are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Server backups are overwritten within 14 days.
• Records of payments (amount, date, order number) are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. They don't include your game data.

Deleting an account can't be undone. Unused Gold and Gems are lost and aren't refunded.
